Woven using 3/2 cotton yarn…..
I'm using it for filling the gaps of low stock for my studio. I'm using it for placemats. When setting up my studio, I slowly added all colors available of your 3/2 cotton and fill in as needed when cones get low.

Some cones may be labeled with incorrect laundry care instructions. Correct care is machine wash gentle, tumble dry low.I'm using it for filling the gaps of low stock for my studio. I'm using it for placemats. When setting up my studio, I slowly added all colors available of your 3/2 cotton and fill in as needed when cones get low.
I love Valley Yarns 3/2 cotton. I’ve woven many things with it, from shawls to bedspreads.
I intend to make placemats with it. I like the recommendations and sale price.
I loved the weight of the 3/2 cotton yarn. It was easy to dress the loom and keep an even tension. I doubled the same yarn for the weft in a set of towels. Used a straight twill draw on eight harnesses. Treadles tied for braided twill pattern. Fast weaving for a heavier hand towel than using 8/2 for a dish towel. Have not hemmed or washed them yet, looking forward to seeing the finished result.
So glad that Webs finally has this yarn back in stock. It is the best cotton yarn for weaving hand towels and for using as a warp for rag placemats and table runners.
It's a lovely color, not prone to untwisting while I'm trying to crochet with it which puts it well over some other lightweight yarns. I will note that while it says it's for weaving or whatever, I'm crocheting it fine with a 3mm hook and it looks quite nice. Haven't finished what I'm making yet, so the proof will be in the pudding, but from working with it so far I would recommend it
The yarn is working really well in my woven table runners. The mercerization is making the cloth beautiful. It was exactly what I needed and the customer service agent I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful.
High quality yarn that I like to use for weaving. It is a useful weight for weaving kitchen towels. The shipping was great and the yarn came in a timely manner.
Great product of a high quality with bright and lasting colors, exactly as described. Webs shipped the items quickly and provided with all important info, so I received exactly what I was looking for. Webs also offers great discounts. I highly recommend both the company and the product to anyone who works in fiber arts.
This is a great yarn! The quality of the spinning is just the way I like it, twisted enough to be strong, but not stiff. The color is consistent all the way through the cone, (and it's a beautiful color!). The mercerization added a bit of sheen, which I like.
