Product Details

Vermont Fiber Designs Top-Down Cardigan is a beautiful go anywhere, do anything sweater. Wear it over your favorite tank top or knit the matching Top-Down Shell to go with it. Since it is worked from the top down, you can adjust the length to suit your body, and the waist and hip shaping make the cardigan figure-flattering. This cardigan begins with the back, which is worked flat to the armholes. The fronts are picked up from the shoulder sections of the back and worked independently until they join with the underarm's back to finish the body in one piece. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armholes and worked in the round down to the cuff with short rows shaping the sleeve cap. The lace pattern is in written form only.
