Gridlock from VERSACIKNITS is Lori Versaci’s way of conquering her fear
of colorwork by developing a pattern to practice on. GRIDLOCK emerged! A
graphic cowl first and then a hat to go with it. This gorgeous set is knit in
the round from the bottom up in a fingering weight yarn. The Gridlock colorwork
patterns are in chart form only.
Finished Measurements:
Cowl – 25¼” circumference and 13½” tall
Hat – 18¼” circumference and 10¼” tall
Yarn Requirements: Approximately 200 yards in 4 colors in a fingering or sport weight yarn such as Juniper Moon Farm Patagonia Organic Merino (100% Organic Merino Wool; 100g/382yds)
Needles:
US 3 (3.25mm) 16” circular
US 4 (3.50mm) 16” circular
US 5 (3.75mm) 16” circular and DPNs
Gauge: 28 sts and 32 rnds = 4” in Gridlock pattern stitch on US 5 (3.75mm), blocked
