VERSACIKNITS Pointed Firs Hat is a knitting pattern for a women’s hat to
accompany Pointed Firs. The Pointed Firs Hat is a fun beanie with a faux button
closure and has an allover chevron pattern. The lower band is knit flat, and then
the hat is knit in the round from the rim up using a DK weight yarn. The Pointed
Firs patterns are charted and written out.
Sizes: One size
Finished Measurements: 18½” circumference and 10½” long
Yarn Requirements: Approximately 250 yards of DK or light worsted weight yarn such as Kelbourne Woolens Scout (100% Wool; 100g/274yds)
Needles:
US 5 (3.75mm) 16” circular
US 6 (4.00mm) circular and DPNs
Gauge: 24 sts and 36 rnds = 4” in Pointed Firs pattern on US 6 (4.00mm), blocked
