To redeem your eGift Card online, simply enter the eGift Card number in the payment section. Only one eGift Card can be used per order online. To pay with multiple gift cards, please call Customer Service to place your order. Gift cards are valid for 7 years from the date of issue.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method when purchasing other Gift Cards. Gift Card purchases are not eligible for free give-aways or other promotions.

The gift card was fine, but trying to use it was not great. Poor communication and shipping. Placed order over 2 weeks ago and I don't believe it has shipped yet...
I did not receive an e-gift "card" that I could send to a designated recipient. I could only forward via email a code that was emailed to me. I would have preferred a true e-gift card like other merchants offer. It was less than "special," and I would have liked a birthday celebration option, which would have made it much nicer.
Was not able to access giftcard and had to call to resolve issue. When I called, I was told they knew about the problem but had yet to fix it. Just bad business

There is no electronic method to send a eGift Card. WEBs needs to make it easy that when you purchase the gift card, you can enter the recipient's email address so they can send it directly.
It’s a perfect gift for any knitter. Recipient had no problem using it for her yarn order.
Send the gift card. looking like a gift card, to the recipient, not the buyer. Make it look nice.
