Sophie is a sweet stuffed rabbit knit without seams on double pointed needles. Sophie was designed to be round and cuddly with long floppy ears and legs that are easy for little hands to hold onto. She knits up quickly and is a great way to use up small amounts of yarn.

Finished Measurements: 14” tall
Yarn Requirements: 218 yds DK weight yarn such as Valley Yarns Valley Superwash DK (100% Extra Fine Superwash Merino Wool; 50g/137yds)
Needles: US 2½ (3.00mm) DPNs
Gauge: 26 sts and 36 rounds = 4” in stockinette stitch
Gauge is not crucial to this project. Work Sophie at a relatively tight gauge to create a firm fabric without holes that the stuffing can poke through. If you are using a different yarn weight you should use needles to achieve a tighter than recommended gauge.
