Advanced Beginner Brioche Knitting

This next-step brioche project uses your skills and takes them to another level. The Camella hat begins with the Norwegian cast-on and brioche knit and purl stitches to create a brim--an overall leaf pattern worked with simple increases and decreases travels across the body of the hat before additional decreases shape the crown. Two-color brioche looks amazing, and you'll learn a slew of skills to advance your brioche knitting.
Prerequisite: Introduction to Brioche Knitting or
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

- Camella hat pattern is included in the price of your class. The hat is written to fit an average-size adult head with a 20" circumference. The size can be adjusted by altering your needle size.
- 2 contrasting colors of DK weight yarn, 115 yards each color for 230 yards total. Sample was made using Valley Yarns Northfield and Madelinetosh Tosh DK.
- US size 4 circular needles with a 16" cable, and US size 4 DPNs.
