*This class fulfills the Non-Knitting Elective / Wild Card Elective Requirement for WEKP.

Think only plain weave can be done on a rigid heddle loom? Think again! In this class, you’ll explore how to create beautiful geometric motifs on your loom using just one reed and one pickup stick. Really! Students will thread their looms in class and learn this captivating pattern technique. Each student then works at their own pace and finishes the piece at home. These are original motifs designed by the instructor, with permission for you to use or sell your work using these designs.

Please note: This is NOT a refresher class and students must be able to dress their looms independently.

For the comfort and safety of our students and teachers, students may be asked to wear a mask during in person classes and workshops, and masks are available upon request.
