Product Details
Åsa Tricosa Semele is an elegant and simple shawl with a delicate lace border and addictive repeats. This lovely shawl is knit in one piece from end to end, starting from a small provisional cast-on and with borders worked as you go. The shawl can be worked to any size, from a one skein shawlette to a generous oversized wrap. You decide! The lace pattern is charted and written out.
Finished Measurements:
Shawl – 21½” wide and 95” long
Shawlette – 15” wide and 66” long
Yarn Requirements: Lace weight yarn such as Malabrigo Baby Silkpaca Lace (70% Baby Alpaca/30% Silk; 50g/420yds)
Shawl – Approximately 800 yards
Shawlette – Approximately 400 yards
Needles: US 4 (3.50mm) 24–32” circular
Gauge: 26 sts and 30 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch
