Baby Cocktails' Baileys is a delicate cardigan that balances elegant details and a simple design in one sweater. A cable and lace motif in a seemingly complex pattern (really it’s not!), a lace collar and open neckline, delicate buttons, and a luxury yarn add to the light, feminine vibe of the design, while a strong cabled button band, stockinette panels, and a turned hem bring the sweater back down to earth. Simple and flirty at the same time. Baileys is knit from the bottom up, with the sleeves joining the body at the underarm to work the raglan yoke in one piece. The lace pattern is in chart form only.

Needles: US 5 (3.75mm) (long circs for the cardigan and collar, DPNs or short circs for sleeves) to get gauge
Gauge:
5½ sts and 7 rows = 1" in stockinette stitch
Each 8 col/16 row lace repeat = 1½” wide, 2” high
