Product Details
Black Cherry Lambic from BabyCocktails contains patterns for three different projects - wrap, scarf, or cowl - using variations on the same stitch pattern and cable borders. This lovely stitch pattern has a combination of texture and lace that really stands out in a subtle hand dyed yarn. The geometric cable edging adds a little contrast to the flowy nature of the fabric and balances the edges out for interest. Stitch patterns are charted only.
Finished Measurements:
Cowl – 35 (39, 42)" long x 10" wide
Scarf – 12½" wide x 56" long
Wrap – 18½" wide x 60" long
Yarn Requirements: worsted weight yarn, such as Malabrigo Rios (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/210yds)
Cowl – 400–600yds
Scarf – 600 yds
Wrap – 900 yds
Needles: US 7 (4.50mm) needles; 24–32” circulars if making cowl
Gauge: 5 sts and 7 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch, lightly blocked
