Product Details
Baby Cocktails Hendrick’s is a stunning hat featuring a traveling cable
repeat with really interesting cross-architecture where the cables meet knit in
a heavy worsted/Aran weight yarn. This is the perfect beanie for a cold early
spring day. The crown shaping uses the strong lines of the last cable cross to create
a bold star motif at the top of the hat. The hat is knit in the round from the
brim to the crown. The cable pattern is charted and written out.
Finished Measurements:
Circumference – 18¼ (20, 22)”
Deep – 8¼ (8¾, 8¾)”
Yarn Requirements: 150 (175, 200) yards of heavy worsted or Aran weight yarn such as Plymouth Homestead (100% Wool; 100g/191yds)
Needles:
US 6 (4.00mm) 16” circular
US 7 (4.50mm) 16” circular and DPNs
Gauge:
24 sts and 30 rows = 4” in cable pattern on US 7 (4.50mm), blocked
25 sts and 28 rows = 4” in rib pattern on US 6 (4.00mm), blocked
