*This class fulfills the Design Exploration Requirement for WEKP.
Learn how to design your own knitted hat by using desired shape and measurements, yarn gauge, and stitch pattern repeats. Students will play with design concepts such as charting a written stitch pattern and converting a flat stitch pattern to work in the round. Participants will choose an inspiring stitch pattern and take it from paper to a wearable accessory, as well as learn how to write a pattern. This class is for the adventurous knitter!
