Product Details
Daisy is a simple, lace-edged skirt with an inserted elastic waist. Begun with the lace border, stitches for the main part of the skirt are picked up along the edge of the lace and knit upwards in the round to the waist. The waistband is knit in coordinating fingering weight yarn, and fold to encompass the elastic for comfortable wear. Lace pattern is written only.

600 (700, 800) yds sport or dk weight yarn, such as Elsbeth Lavold Hempathy (40% Hemp/ 40% Cotton/ 20% Modal; 50g/153yds)
100 yds coordinating fingering weight yarn for waistband.
Needles:
US 8 (5.00mm) 32” circular
US 5 (3.75mm) straight or circular (for lace border)
US 1 (2.25mm) or US 2 (2.75mm) 32” circular (for waistband)
Other Materials: ¾” wide elastic
Gauge: 20 sts = 4” in stockinette stitch
