Crochet a Bouquet - IP- Spring/Summer 2026

*This class fulfills the Non-Knitting Elective Requirement for WEKP.

Crocheted flowers offer both knitters and crocheters many options for pretty and unique embellishments, as well as decorative objects in their own right. We'll sample different styles of crocheted flowers in a variety of yarn weights and fibers. We'll look at charts and how they apply to these types of motifs. Students will leave class with flowers in progress. Written instructions and resources for future creations will be provided.

For the comfort and safety of our students and teachers, students may be asked to wear a mask during in person classes and workshops, and masks are available upon request.

Format: In-Person

Prerequisite: Crochet II or equivalent:

Materials Required:

DK and fingering weight wool yarn in desired flower colors (details provided on registration, white,

yellow, pink, purple).

Hooks Sizes 3 and 3.5mm crochet hook

Scissors or yarn snips

Locking stitch markers, preferably more than one color
HOMEWORK:

If you have not crocheted regularly in the last 3 months, please practice chains, slip stitch, single, half double,

double, and treble crochet stitches.

When possible, please buy your materials from WEBS.

Cancellation Policy: For all classes, payment of full tuition is due at time of registration. Tuition will be refunded only if the class is cancelled by WEBS, or if there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.
