Product Details
Designs by Romi Chilkat Cowl is a lace builder with jogless stripes and a knitted on edging. Because it’s lacy, the cowl is extra long so that the folds of knitting will trap air and keep your neck warm. The top can also be pulled up over your head with plenty to spare for your shoulders! Worked in the round using The Fibre Co. Road to China Light, it’s like wearing a big hug.
