The Dreams of Otters from E. Elliott Knits is a stunning stranded colorwork cowl knit in a fingering weight yarn. The accessory is knit in the round as a tube starting from a provisional cast on and then seamed with a three-needle bind-off. The colorwork pattern is in chart form only.
