Product Details
Coronation Tank plays off the motifs of Marie’s coronation robe as seen in a 1775 painting by Jean-Baptiste André Gautier-Dagoty. Brocade designs are interpreted as cables while the lines of a rococo corset are transformed into a princess seamed fitted tank top. Wear alone or layer as a vest and adopt a little bit of Marie’s style into your thoroughly modern wardrobe. Coronation Tank is knit in the round from the bottom up to the armholes, where the back and front are completed separately and joined at the shoulders with a three-needle bind-off. Center cable pattern is charted only, side cable patterns are written out only.
