Inflorescence includes patterns for both the Cluster Cowl and the Flourette Mitts. An inflorescence, according to Merriam-Webster, is a cluster of flowers on one or a series of branches, which together make a large showy blossom. Both patterns here are knit with the same Estonian cluster stitch. The thickness of the yarn is what changes, what gives both designs their own special something.

Finished size: 26.75 x 11.25" [34.75 x 14, 48 x 16.5]" circumference x height
Yarn: Bulky weight; 200 [300, 500] yards
Needles: US 11 (8 mm) circulars
Gauge: 15 sts and 18 rows = 4" in Main stitch, blocked
Flourette Mitts:
Finished size: 5 [6.25, 7.5]" circumference
Yarn: fingering weight; 125 [150, 190] yards
Needles: US 1½ (2.5 mm) needles
Gauge: 8 sts and 11 rounds = 1" in body stitch (relaxed), worked in the round.
