Product Details
The designer of Fiber Dreams Pollen picked this lovely golden color fingering yarn that reminds her of the warm golden days of summer, so she had to find stitches that evoked that same feeling. She decided to start with a cascade of falling leaves, then move into a veritable swarm of bees… Knitting begins at the bottom edge; several lace motifs are worked before it’s shaped into a crescent. There is a choice of finishing the top edge with a frilly little-applied border or doing a simple loose bind off. The lace stitch patterns are charted and written out.
