Jen Hagan Design Sherrod PDF

Sherrod from Jen Hagen Designs is a men’s traditional styled sweater with no seams. The structure is Guernsey in origin, but the stitch patterns are Aran. Joined together, these two styles will give you a sweater that’s all one piece as soon as you work the last BO! Saddle shoulders and underarm gussets give the wearer comfort, and the fun cables provide the knitter with a little challenge. The back features the same cable which appears on the sleeves. The cable patterns are charted and written out.

Yarn Requirements: 1250 (1325, 1450, 1525, 1675, 1725, 1960) yards of worsted weight yarn such as 12 (13, 14, 14, 16, 16, 18) balls Valley Yarns Amherst (100% Merino Wool; 50g/109yds)  
Needles: 
     US 7 (4.50mm) single points and DPNs
     US 8 (5.00mm) 16” & 32” circular and DPNs
Gauge: 18 sts and 22 rows = 4” in Chart B pattern on US 8 (5.00mm), after blocking
