Scottish stone bearing similar markings, The Drosten Cap from Jen Hagan Designs
is a comfy cap graced with a traditional Pictish design. This unisex hat is
edged with generous two by two rib and topped with easy double decrease crown.
You’ll want one in every color combination! The colorwork is in chart
form only.
Finished Measurements: 16¼ (18¾, 21, 23¼)” circumference and 7 (8,
9, 9½)" high
Yarn Requirements: DK weight yarn such as Elsebeth Lavold Silky
Wool (45% Wool/ 35% Silk/ 20% Nylon; 50g/190yds)
MC – 83 (155, 190, 232) yards
CC – 36 (67, 82, 99) yards
Needles: US 6 (4.00mm) two 16” circular and DPNs
Gauge: 24 sts and 28 rnds = 4” in stockinette stitch, after
blocking
