Product Details

This class is intended for those who have never knit before. Beginning knitters will learn a variety of basic techniques: the long tail cast-on, knit and purl stitches, and a simple bind-off. Gauge, what it is and how to make a gauge swatch, is also covered. Other topics include fixing mistakes, reading ball bands, and understanding yarn weights. The instructor will demonstrate techniques and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions. You'll receive a skein of yarn and needles to get you started and a PDF handbook for you to download and print.

You will receive the Zoom link 1-2 business days before the virtual class.
