Manos del Uruguay Hadid is a fabulous women’s pullover full of surprises. The panels that frame the center front and back may look like cables or traveling-stitch work, but they are simple ribs drawn together with occasional wraps around small groups of stitches. The sweater is knit in the round from the bottom up to the underarms, then divided for the front and back and knit separately. Alpaca Heather by Manos del Uruguay is a beautiful, naturally dyed yarn that combines softness and sturdiness.
