Flutter Scarf PDF
The simple lace pattern in Miriam Felton’s Flutter Scarf is easy to memorize and easy to work. When you reach the ruffles, the pattern grows seamlessly from lace to increases that create the ruffles. The scarf is worked in two halves; the first half is started with a provisional cast on and stitches for the second half are then picked up from that provisional cast on so that each half is identical.
