Nelkin
Designs Reversible Undulating Waves Cowl is a knitted reversible double-sided lace
cowl that features beads that graduate in color inside each wave of the lace
stitch. The beads are pre-strung in a sequence so that they fall in the correct
place. Since you are working in the round, you are always on the right side of
your work, which simplifies the stitch! The
lace pattern stitch is charted and written out.
Finished Measurements: 10 (5)” high and 32 (64)” circumference
Yarn Requirements: 360 yards of fingering weight yarn such as Anzula Squishy (80% Superwash Merino/10% Cashmere/10% Nylon; 115g/385yds)
Needles: US 5 (3.75mm) 24–32” circular
Gauge:
22 sts and 28 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch, blocked
20 sts and 28 rnds = 4” in lace pattern stitch, blocked
