Marie Greene designed Olive Knits Discombobble-ated during an unexpected blizzard, a closed airport, and three days stranding in a hotel. She was very thankful for having bought that souvenir hank at the local yarn shop. She sat there and knit and knit and was worried about
running out of yarn before the airport opened. Bobbles! Full on, chubby bobbles, and lots of them. Before she knew it, she had finished the cowl, and the airport was opened. The lessons she learned was always buy the yarn, never travel to
the Midwest in the middle of winter, and knitting is more important than food
(not really, but kind of).
