Shel Design’s Mitra is a drapey, open-front cardigan that’s perfect for throwing on over just about any outfit. Mitra has details that make it unique, with deep ribbed hems bordered by a lateral braid. Knit flat from the bottom up to the underarms. The fronts and back are completed separately and joined at the shoulder with a three-needle bind-off. The long sleeves are knit flat and set in during finishing. Knit in a bulky weight yarn, Mitra will work up quickly and be a warm and cozy layer to ward off the cold!
