Star Ornament with Xandy Peters - V- Winter 2026

Learn the innovative stacked stitch technique while making a cute star ornament. In this class, you will learn how to make a stacked increase, the knitted element that creates the pointy star shape. These stitches can be used in all sorts of projects to create design elements, shaping, color work and three-dimensional surfaces. Xandy will guide you through knitting the star, sewing the seam, and stiffening the knitting so it holds its shape when hung.

Format: Virtual

Materials Required:

·        Approx. 5 yards (4.8 m) of worsted weight yarn in 3 different colors.

·        Yarn needle for sewing the ends together
