Nakia Cowl designed by Tanis Gray is the perfect introduction to Fair Isle knitting. This cowl is worked seamlessly in the round from the bottom up, and the Fair Isle pattern is flanked by corrugated ribbing. By using a gradient yarn as the background color and a solid for the foreground, it looks like you used a lot more colors than you actually do! Note: Fair Isle pattern is charted only.
