Product Details

Grayling Vest from Therese Chynoweth is a lovely women’s lace patterned vest with a bit of twist knit in Echo. The left side of the body (front and back) and the right side of the body are worked separately, then joined at the upper back and shoulders. The remainder of the back is laced together using a ribbon or ribbon yarn. The front is closed using beads attached to the ribbon. Echo from Shibui Knits marries fine merino wool with silk noil to create this wonderfully light, gorgeously dyed yarn. Silk noil strands offer a contrasting texture and a slightly lighter color, providing Echo with a marled look. The lace pattern is charted and written out.
