Love these temples!
I won’t weave without using one any more!!! They keep my edges nice and strait

Toika Temples are made of steel and have pins that extend on the underside to spread the fabric to the width of the warp in the reed. This allows the weft to be turned firmly at the selvedge without pulling in the warp threads and allows the reed to move through the warp threads without rubbing on them, causing less breakage. Toika Temples are easy to adjust and cover little of the cloth, resulting in fewer movements and more visibility. Toika Temples are available in a variety of sizes.
Some sizes are available online only. Please contact Customer Service to inquire about availability in-store. Local customers may select the Store Pickup option when placing orders online.

The temples are easy to adjust and place on my weaving project. They are metal and a little heavier than the wooden one I already have but much easier to operate. I ordered 2 different sizes and they were packaged very well to prevent the box from collapsing in shipping and the tines on the ends were bubble wrapped and taped down so I didn’t get poked when I opened the box.

I use these temples for very tight linen warp to make large weft faced rugs. Keeps my weaving and selvages very straight
Buying my weaving supplies at WEBS is so easy. This time I bought a TOIKA temple. It really helps keep my weaving even and selvages looking good. Very happy with my purchase.
Ordered the wrong size first and Webs had no problem with my return. Reordered the correct size and they are a great tool to keep the edges straight.
Needed a smaller temple for my rigid heddle 10” loom. First time using a metal temple as all of mine have been for my floor looms are wooden. Works very nicely!!
