Valley Yarns 046 Blithewood

Valley Yarns Designer Series presents Blithewood designed by Angela Hahn knit in Valley Superwash DK Hand Dyed by Manos del Uruguay. This women’s A-line cardigan features an easy-to-knit lace-accented yoke and ¾-sleeves. Blithewood’s yoke band is knit in two pieces and seamed together using 3-Needle Bind-Off. The neckband is then picked up from the yoke band. The lower yoke and body is also picked up from the other side of the yoke band and worked down to the hem. The sleeves are knit in the round from the yoke to the cuffs. Valley Yarns Valley Superwash DK Hand Dyed by Manos del Uruguay is made from 100% extrafine Merino wool and is machine-washable in cold water with a mild detergent or Eucalan. This DK weight yarn is incredibly soft and is an excellent choice for Blithewood! The lace patterns are charted and written out.
