VERSACIKNITS Rebecca's Stole PDF

I am often influenced by “period” movies that I see. This design evolved from two such experiences: the HBO movie, “John Adams” and the French film, “La Vie En Rose”. Capelets, like Rebecca’s stole were worn over coats in both to provide an extra layer of protection against the cold.

• 3 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins Lamb’s Pride Worsted, color Clematis; or approx 525 (600, 650, 725, 825, 925, 1000, 1100, 1175) yards worsted weight yarn
• U.S. #9 circular needle of at least 32”
• Stitch markers
• 5 buttons
• A tapestry needle

GAUGE
18 sts and 24 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch.
