This craft offers many different techniques, stitches, and ways to put it all together. It is adaptable to many different types of projects. There is always something new to learn in crochet. There are hundreds of interesting and satisfying small scale portable projects ranging from hats to handbags to hedgehog plushies. Crochet has a long history as a technique for trims, edgings, and embellishments, Today, this is a valuable resource for other crafts such as knitting, weaving, and sewing. The simplicity of this craft is refreshing. A hook, some yarn, and a few basic accessories are all you need to get started.
