Ysolda Trinket PDF

Ysolda's Trinket is perfect for the tiny techies on your gift list. This little robot has all of the most important features: wheels for speeding around on adventures, dials and gauges, an antenna for communicating important messages (or chewing on), long arms for reaching everything and a pocket for carrying your most treasured toys and trinkets. The body, head, and antenna are worked in the round in one piece, and stitches for the arms and wheels are picked up from the stuffed body.

Size: Approximately 10" tall, not including the antenna.
Yarn Requirements: Approximately 150 yards each of 2 colors in chunky or heavy Aran weight yarn such as Cascade Yarns 128 Superwash (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/128yds)
Needles: US 7 (4.50mm) 16" or longer circular and DPNs
Gauge: 17 sts and 26 rnds = 4" in stockinette stitch in the round

Because the finished size isn’t important, different yarn weights can be used. Use a needle 2-3 sizes smaller than the suggested needle for that yarn to obtain a tight gauge that won’t allow the stuffing to show through.
