Jen Hagan Design Noodleheads PDF
$6.00 Each
Loving yarn as well as pasta, it wasn’t long before cables started to
look like noodles to me. The first was lasagna and then came the rest. This is
what happens when you get hungry when you’re knitting—you knit some noodles! Noodleheads
from Jen Hagan Design has three different headbands knit three different ways:
Fettuccini is worked end-to-end, starting as a cord and ending the same way,
Lasagna is worked end-to-end and seamed, and Rotini is worked in the round.
The cable patterns are charted and written out.
Finished Measurements:
Fettuccini – 18” long; 3½” wide with 10” tie at both ends
Lasagna – 18 (20, 22)” circumference and 4” wide
Rotini – 16½ (18, 19½, 21)” circumference and 3” wide
Yarn Requirements: Approximately 85 yards of worsted weight yarn for each headband, such as Valley Yarns Amherst (100% Merino Wool; 50g/109yds)
Needles: US 7 (4.5mm) DPNs, 16” circular
Gauge:
