Excellent wool yarn, pleasant to knit with and few to no extra joins in the skein. One of the best values for real non-superwash wool.
I used Cascade yarns frequently in the past and was pleased with them. Cascade 220 is still a good product, soft and sturdy enough to make a nice men's pullover. To get a "better" yarn, you would have to pay a much higher price. This rating is for non-superwash yarn. I have no experience with the superwash product.
