Schacht Standard Floor Looms are solid, durable looms that can handle delicate weaves as well as heavy rugs. They are constructed of maple hardwoods and available in 36" and 45" wide weaving widths. Standard floor looms may be ordered with four, eight, or Four Now–Four Later shaft options.* The loom comes with a 10-dent reed, 2 lease sticks, and 1000 inserted eye heddles. Standard High Castle looms include a storage tray and holes drilled in the top of the castle uprights for the swivel pin of an extension lamp.

*Four Now-Four Later is an eight-shaft loom shipped with only four shafts installed, but with the capacity to add an additional four shafts. You can purchase a kit to add four shafts at a later time. Four Now-Four Later looms are shipped with all the heddles, tie-ups, and other items normally included with an eight-shaft loom.
