Purchased 3 large cones of the 8/2 cotton. I am a new weaver, this is my second set of towels. I had 2 pieces in which 1 strand broke(1 was a warp, I replaced, the other was to be a left, I just cut and removed. The yarn appears to fray, it will be interesting to see how it holds up as towels.

Good value for the price. Occasionally you will get a thin or thick spot but I have been using this for years.

I have a lot (do i win?!) of yarn 8/2, 5/2, 10/2 cotton. I'm trying to use it up!! It'll take quite a while for that to happen. The 8/2 makes great towels, if I don't beat too hard it's great for cloth to cut up for a coat or another garment.
