All superwash merino stretches when wet, but aside from that, this particular yarn is a good performer and is great to work with. The colors are wonderful and are shown off best with plain stitches and in small projects like hats, gloves and scarves.

I bought this yarn because of the awesome colors. Strangely enough, the colors were not as intense after knitting as they were in the hank. I knitted a sweater that was predominantly stockinette and due to the inconsistency in the thickness of the yarn I was not pleased with the final results. The yarn is washable and soft, really nice to work with, expensive too. So, I've spent a large sum of money and time on a project that I'm less than happy with. I will not buy this yarn again.
