The strength and beauty of Jaggerspun Zephyr converge for maximum impact in the delicate Zephyr Huck Lace Scarf from Valley Yarns. The combination of wool and silk is airy but surprisingly warm; the light-reflecting properties of silk yield a soft and resilient fabric. A 5-yard warp will make two scarves.

Been looking for a nice scarf pattern for weaving natural alpaca. This pattern was perfect!! Easy to warp and weave and looks great when finished.

Picture Does Not Match the Draft

Comments about Size: 10” x 60” #30 Zephyr Huck Lace Scarf PDF:

          Disclosure - I am a beginner Weaver -

If I had more experience I would have noted that the picture of the finished scarf and the actual scarf per the specifications is not a match. The scarf as pictured is wide - the scarf in the draft is 8" x 60". I went back to the website to try and figure it out and I note that the draft has changed to increase the width from 8.25 to a larger width. Unfortunately - no one sent me a replacement draft (like we get on Ravelry) AND I had already created my warp from very expensive Zephyr.

The pattern is nice - but I am disappointed that the draft did not match the picture and I now have a skinny scarf and not the one that was pictured.
