Comments about BERROCO Noble:

I use this for cowls. It's soooooooo soft and floofy. Unfortunately, it flattens after a wash, so bad or good I don't wash it before gifting a cowl, but since it usually only takes 2-3 hours to make one with this super bulky yarn, and I wash my hands before knitting, I figure it's ok.

Comments about BERROCO Noble:

This yarn made a nice finished product. I can't say that I enjoy knitting with bulky yarn and giant needles though.

Comments about BERROCO Noble:

This is a wonderfully soft yarn. I debated about giving it 5 stars. I picked up the Noble pattern book. I ordered the 4 yarn colors for the Damiano Cowl. I started calling the wormwood color, Wormrot. It looked as though while the yarn was being wound, it hit against something, which left the yarn flayed throughout the skein. The tanacetum came with a knot. Berroco needs to tighten up quality control here. This is a beautiful yarn, of extrafine merino, 98 yards to a skein and somewhat pricy. Berroco can do better. I had enough yarn left over from the cowl that I made the Rook Hat, using all 4 colors, to make a matching hat. I really love the yarn, enough to want to make an entire throw from it and snuggle into it.

I lick using thick yarn in scarves, hats, cowls since they don't take so long to make this yarn is a delight to work with. But a little pricey.
