Valley Yarns #95 Vineyard Vest PDF
The Vineyard Vest is a great way to start sewing your handwoven fabrics. The vest is essentially wide scarves seamed together up the back and sides with added shoulder shaping to make it less boxy. Valley Yarns 2/14 Alpaca Silk is luxuriant and soft, while the lace pattern keeps it lightweight with a beautiful drape.

Mine will be a vest for a man. Heavier yarn and more robust weave. Better able to protect against winter drafts while sitting .
