Comments about Frog Tree Meriboo MW:
With the Meriboo MW yarn, I knit a hat and scarf for my daughter (and a hat for myself with the "leftovers"). My daughter received numerous compliments from her coworkers. I knit her scarf with the Meriboo MW seafoam color. The two hats were knit with the Meriboo MW seafoam and the Merboo MW grey teal yarns...super color coordinates. The yarn was a delight to knit...soft, a little shine, smooth, and a nice drape.

Comments about Frog Tree Meriboo MW:
I am making a baby blanket with this for a close friend. I am still working on it, and have enjoyed working with the Meriboo yarn. The colors that I have a rich and full of depth, I am more than half way through and have not found one imperfection in this yarn. I very much look forward to giving this to her. I have not washed it, so I cannot attest to it's washability.

Comments about Frog Tree Meriboo MW:
This yarn is delicious. I wanted to try a yarn with bamboo...and this has spoiled me! I am making a long vest and the drape and stitch definition are lovely. My students always comment on my choice of patterns and color of yarns...they are a tough crowd! They will love this piece! I am going to make a sweater out of the meriboo as soon as I finish this piece. First time I have felt compelled to write a review of a yarn. What a treat this yarn is!

Comments about Frog Tree Meriboo MW:
I just finished a sweater in this yarn and I love it. Today I am ordering more of this yarn in a different color to make another sweater. I did not tire of it, the colors are beautiful -- vibrant but soft at the same time with the bamboo sheen, great loft and not at all heavy or itchy, and the gauge is flexible, between 22/30 and 21/27. This yarn is very easy to work with, the only con I have is this: sometimes at the very end of the ball the yarn would slub and break where it was spun, so watch out for this. It happened twice. It was not a bad problem. No knots in balls. Great yarn to have in the stash as it is not easy to find.

I was very satisfied with this yarn. It has a wonderful softness and gorgeous colors. The light sheen made it perfect for a flower scarf that I made while being extremely easy to work with. Would definitely buy again!
Comments about Frog Tree Meriboo MW:
This yarn knits up to a perfect DK weight without much effort. I got 22 stitches an 28 rows on 6's. It also looks pretty knitted up 20/28 on 7's. I wet blocked both swatches. The yarn has some textural interests created by this silvery fiber that runs through the yarn, giving it a luminous effect. Lovely to knit with. The stitches are fairly even. I am knitting a sporty, Sublime pullover in this yarn. I don't usually knit plain, solid color sweaters b/c I think they are boring, but in this case, the yarn is so pretty that it can carry the design. I chose the magenta color, which looks pretty much the same as it does on my monitor.
